CITY SNOWBLOWER |
LOADING UP THE DUMP TRUCK |
By this time of the year, our city streets have become considerably narrower due to all the snow piled up along the sides. The city periodically widens the streets by removing some of the side line berms.
This is accomplished with the big city snow blower and several dump trucks. The blower goes along the side of the street and the dump truck drives along beside the blower. The end result is a dump truck full of snow and much wider city streets.
This process will be repeated several times during the winter months.
What do they do with the snow once it is in the dump truck? Check out the next post to find the answer.
